The cafe has inspired form and uses materials that are designed for extreme weather conditions. Designed for people, this building is an example of how our architecture is in harmony with the incredible volcanic landscape at Whakapapa Ski Area. In New Zealand design and architecture is inspired by, and connected to, our land and our environment.
